Caroline has been involved as a volunteer in the science fair community for 18 years and has extensive knowledge at the regional and national levels. She is currently a member of the National Ethics & Safety Committee and CWSF Judging Advisory Panel. She has also been a member of the National Judging Committee and National Science Fair Committee. Through her participation with Youth Science Canada, she has experience with multiple aspects of the CWSF, particularly judging, ethics, and policy development and is familiar with all Youth Science Canada policies. Caroline also has experience with the Team Canada program, having assisted with the Selection Panel for the Team Canada-ISEF since 2008 and she attended Intel ISEF as a chaperone in 2011.
